Scotland meets Sardinia

New pop up restaurants in Luisa flat
Luisa come from Sardegna a special isle of Italy, which has always been and continues to be her  main source of inspiration.
She works in hospitality from 17 years with many management experience in a fine dinner.
Luisa's  brand new private dining concept will see an intimate max 12 guests at Luisa ’s table to join her for a multiple-course set menu  (9 courses) Luisa will cook a stunning array of dishes based on the best of the season’s ingredients using Scottish British produce combinate with Sardinia ingredients.
The evening starts at 7pm.
The guests will have the chance to relax and socialise as well as to learn about the places and cultures that inspired Luisa in conceiving and developing her recipes.
As soon as you arrive you will be greeted by Luisa and get settled in with  a glass of wine. A variety of appetizers will begin to arrive.
